Resource English I: A pull out English class with a modified curriculum for freshmen students. The class loosely aligns to the requirements for the regular education English 9 class. I recomment that students read every day for at least 15 to 20 minutes in addition to other homework assignments. Resource Math 12: A pull out math portfolio class for senior special education students. Learning is largely project based and frequently requires independent student work with coaching. Resource English 9: A pull out replacement English class for freshmen which loosely parallels the regular education English class. The focus is on improving student's reading, writing and vocabulary skills. College Prep: A tailored made class for seniors to receive assistance in order to complete the essay and application process for college admission. (semesters 1 and 2) Global Studies: A co-teaching ninth grade history class. History Through Film: A co-teaching two semester senior class that explores history using films.
