Parent Contract
I understand as a parent of the Creative Arts High School, that in order for my child to be a successful Creative Arts High School student, I agree to the following:

  1. I will make sure that my child comes to school everyday
  2. I will review and sign my child’s homework daily
  3. I will direct my child to reach his/her full potential
  4. I will call and send a note to the school when my child is absent
  5. I will attend my child’s parent-teacher conferences
  6. I will attend P.T.S.A. meetings whenever possible. If can’t attend
    I will stay attentively involved through mail or phone contact
  7. I will permit my child to stay alter-school when he/she is absent, so that missed work can be completed
